  • Product sized up to 150mm (approx. 6") diameter and 500mm (approx. 19") length can be produced.
  • Pressures up to 4000 bar (approx. 60 Kpsi) can be supplied.

Densomatic

Supplied in versions for high volume production of valves, threaded nozzles, oxygen sensors, spark plug insulators, rods, tubes, balls and many other products.

  • Pressures up to 2400 bar standard (approx. 35 Kpsi).
  • Outputs of 60 parts per minute can be achieved.

Grinder

Profile grinding machines can be linked to most Densomatic presses for fully automatic grinding of the pre-pressed blanks.

  • Produces a high degree of dimensional accuracy.
Presses range from single cavity manually operated to multiple cavity fully automatic versions. They are used to process ceramic, carbide, metallic, plastic and many other types of materials. Capable of near net shape pressing.
