Load Monitor

Expedites press set-up and monitors press performance during production runs.

Shows compacting force of each stroke on easy-to-read digital L.C.D. display. Can be calibrated in either English or Metric tons.
Shows number of compacted parts that are:
- Good- Pressed within specified force
- Low Bad- Pressed under specified force
- High Bad- Pressed over specified force
Illuminated alarm lights for Low and High bad parts.
Can activate a mechanism for rejecting bad parts, or
Can sound an alarm, or
Stop the press when overload occurs.
High, Low and Overload limits easily adjusted.
Signals Low Powder and/or High Powder fill levels.
Adjustable Consecutive Reject shutdown signal.
Can be set to stop press after a preset number of good parts are produced.
"Track" output permits use of external recorder or oscilloscope to show dynamic press cycle.
The unit is portable, but can be attached to the press or wall mounted.
