Multi-Loader 1264

The new Multi-Loader 1264 is electro-mechanical with a stepper motor driven indexing conveyor, portable (on wheels), with height adjustment capabilities making it extremely versatile.

The conveyor has an adjustment to place the trays on an angle to move parts down into trays. The tray will automatically be moved back and forth in front of the press discharge chute as the parts slide orderly into place on the trays. When the tray is full, it automatically advances and the next tray is positioned for loading.

The control panel with message display allows the operator to program information specific to the part being loaded. Photo electric eyes monitor part movement onto the trays and tray position. This loader model is designed for one level loading only. The system can be used for virtually any type of parts that would not be damaged by contacting each other as they slide into place on the trays.
